Strathdon Bluea rich, creamy blue cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk by Highland Fine Cheese Company in Tain. The cheese is evocative of a milder of Stilton, with a spicy taste but many blue veins. 

The Strathearn- A semi soft cheese from Comrie, Perthshire. Creamy and smooth in texture, washed in Glenturret whisky

Isle of Kintyre Applesmoke Cheddar – A mature cow’s milk cheddar traditionally smoked over Applewood Chips. Made in Campbelltown by the Inverloch Cheese Company.

Drumturk Ptarmigan – A soft brie style goats’ cheese with a layer of ash in the rind. Made by Denise Fergusson with milk from her own flock near Bridge of Cally, Perthshire.

Evanachan – hand-crafted Gouda style cheese. Produced by Fiona Barge with milk from her heard of Jersey cows on Evanachan Farm in Argyll
