Arran Blue – This is a young, mild and creamy cheese from the Bellevue Creamery in the village of Blackwaterfoot on Arran’s west coast. Made from the rich milk of local Arran cows.

The Strathearn- A semi soft cheese from Comrie, Perthshire. Creamy and smooth in texture, washed in Glenturret whisky

Isle of Kintyre Applesmoke Cheddar – A mature cow’s milk cheddar traditionally smoked over Applewood Chips. Made in Campbelltown by the Inverloch Cheese Company.

Drumturk Ptarmigan – A soft brie style goats’ cheese with a layer of ash in the rind. Made by Denise Fergusson with milk from her ownflock near Bridge of Cally, Perthshire.

Torrylinn Vintage Cheddar – hand-crafted Cheddar from the Torrylinn Creamery on the Isle of Arran. Matured for 18 months for a complex flavour giving sweet, nutty notes and a creamy texture.
